As a Hybrid Customer Service Representative on the Lawn Pride team, a typical day for you will include:

• Receive incoming calls & make outbound calls.
• Ability to handle several phone calls at one time.
• Accurate data entry of service calls and related information.
• Use customer development techniques to solicit work through phone, email, and other methods.
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.

Bring your skills and achieve success (Required qualifications)

• At least 1 year of prior customer service experience in an office setting or call center setting required.
• Driven to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
• Enjoy working as a team while being able to handle situations on your own as well.

Pay: $18 per hour to start.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Hybrid schedule available once training is completed!
