The Executive Assistant supports the Lawn Pride brand president. You will be the first point of contact for the department and manage communications with various stakeholders. Many of the responsibilities are administrative and include coordinating with others. You must be able to prioritize, multi-task, remain flexible and meet the needs of internal and external customers.

As Executive Assistant on the Lawn Pride team, a typical day for you will include:
- Support the brand president with calendar management and planning as well as other day-to-day support tasks, such as completing expense reports and making travel arrangements.
- Coordinate all aspects of Neighborly Reunion planning for the brand.
- Set priorities and define methods for accomplishing assigned work. Work is generally varied and administrative or project oriented.
- Ability to lead or assist with event planning (reunion, regional meetings, etc.)
- Set up for training weeks, including ordering food, supplies, and other materials needed for training.
- Perform considerable coordination and follow-through and assist Franchisees.
- Act as the point of contact for franchise owners, the corporate team, and all other stakeholders.
- Create, format, and distribute internal and external communication.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate and set up department meetings, including calendar invites, and technical and physical setup. Take meeting notes and minutes when requested.
- Coordinate all aspects of Neighborly Reunion planning for the brand.
- Manage the internal private Media accounts group and other internal communication tools.
- Field customer complaints and ensure timely resolution, including documenting the complaints and communicating with the appropriate parties.
- Prepare legal and compliance documents.
- Act as an office manager by maintaining and ordering office supplies and maintaining the physical office.
- Manage central phone lines for the brand and provide relief on the Neighborly switchboard when needed.
- Perform other duties as required. These duties may include assignments in job classifications other than their own.
- 5% Travel

Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree "GED" is required.
- 2 or more years of administrative or related experience is required.

Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (Flexible Hybrid schedule)
Location: 7740 Johnson Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46250
