Entry Level Marketing Assistant

Lawn Pride is looking for an Entry Level Marketing Assistant to drive local brand visibility through a mix of neighborhood marketing, social media content, and community outreach. During the peak season, you’ll be out in the field executing grassroots campaigns-distributing door hangers, placing high-visibility yard signs, and capturing real-time content for social media. Year-round, you’ll support digital marketing, local events, and creative projects that build trust and awareness in the communities we serve.

Bring your experience and make a difference. As an Entry Level Marketing Assistant on the Lawn Pride team, a typical day includes:

Field Marketing (Year-Round, Heavy in Peak Season):

• Distribute door hangers and yard signs in targeted neighborhoods
• Represent Lawn Pride in the community with a friendly, professional presence
• Track and report marketing activity in the field
• Capture photo and video content while out on location

Content & Engagement:

• Create engaging social media content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Collaborate on ideas for posts, videos, and customer highlights
• Help plan and participate in local events, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives
• Be a brand ambassador-online and off

Bring your skills and achieve success (Required qualifications)

• Must be18 years or older
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided for ages 21+)
• Ability to pass a basic background check
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and social media
• Physical stamina for walking routes and handling signage during peak season
• Creativity, independence, and a great attitude
• Strong communication and time management skills
• A sense of humor and willingness to try new things

• Competitive Pay: $23.00 per hour + bonus opportunities
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Location: 7740 Johnson Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46250
