Your Responsibilities as a Canvassing Sales Professional
- Identify potential customers in a given territory and plan out the most efficient route to reach them
- Explain lawn care products or services and prices and demonstrate use of products
- Persuade customers to purchase lawn care services and close the sale on the spot
- Write and record orders for service
- Use lawn signs and door hangers to market our services
- Arrange buying parties and solicit sponsorship of such parties to sell merchandise
- Follow up with potential customers and convert opportunities
Job Requirements for Canvassing Sales Professional
- If you don’t already have experience, you must be willing to complete training to get all required certifications and licenses promptly after you begin your employment.
In addition, there are a few additional minimum requirements that are necessary to be considered for this position.
- Clean driving history
- Must be willing to undergo background check
Pay
The compensation structure for this position is hourly base of $13 plus commissions. The criteria will be determined by the Sales professional and General Manager.
