As a Call Center Manager on the Lawn Pride team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Lead and Inspire: Oversee daily call center operations, ensuring top-notch customer service and efficient workflow.
  • Manage Performance: Supervise and mentor call center staff, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Educate and Develop Sales Team: Design and implement training programs to enhance agents' skills, focusing on sales techniques and product knowledge to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Strategize for Success: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed service and sales targets.
  • Optimize Operations: Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and effectively, resolving any issues.
  • Foster a Positive Environment: Cultivate a collaborative and motivating atmosphere to boost team morale and productivity.


Bring your skills and achieve success (Required qualifications)

  • At least 3 years or more proven experience in a call center management role or similar leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of call center operations and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to educate and develop sales teams effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in rapidly mastering call center Software.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and strategic approach.

Salary: Base salary $60K - $65K annually + commission (Total compensation range: $80K - $85K annually)
